NDRC Committees
Our Revitalization Committee is split up into 3 sub-committees: Design, Marketing/Events, and Membership/Communication.

- Develops a marketing strategy
- Develops a promotional strategy
- Develops an advertising strategy
- Creates a social media strategy and post accordingly
- Enhances district’s image
- Analyzes existing promotional calendar and events
- Produces a calendar of main street events
- Develops retail tie-ins to existing events; add fresh promotion/ads/new activities
- Website design
- Keeps website up-to-date
- Email marketing
- Plans and promotes Creepin' at the Crossroads
- Plans and promotes Nixpo
- Plans and promotes Taste of Downtown

- Promotes program to stakeholders and the community
- Manages staff and volunteers
- Develops the communication strategy for the committees
- Raises money for activities and administration
- Manages finances and produce a quarterly report
- Produces a business directory
- Put stogether a media resource list
- Develops a volunteer recruitment strategy
- Develops a fundraising strategy

- Provides design education and technical assistance
- Develops financial assistance and incentives
- Plans public improvements
- Provides design regulations and review
- Drafts a committee work plan
- Conducts a building inventory
- Reviews codes and ordinances
- Inventories and evaluates technical and financial resources available for design improvements
- Conducts merchant/building owner visits in conjunction with program Director
- Holds a cleanup day
- Traffic/parking
